Founded by Director Andy Pote in 2008, and later joined by Operations Director Phil Dunn,
Hollywood Civil Engineering Ltd have built a solid reputation on the firm belief that 'transparency and quality' build long lasting relationships with all of our clients.
With an extensive knowledge of Civil engineering within the water treatment sector, mechanical installation, formwork and infrastructure, we take turnkey projects from start to finish with pride and efficiency throughout the Midlands and beyond.

Through continual training, improvement and an innovative approach to a sustainable future, the company has grown rapidly and with our team very confident that they will grow with us, the future for HCE is looking healthy. We invest greatly in health and safety training as well as ensuring our workforce are equipped with the skills required to deliver high standards in everything they do. It is due to our dedicated workforce that we continue to deliver successful projects on time, and crucially on budget, whilst never compromising on health, safety or quality.
It is our intention to work with our clients with a collaborative approach. As with early contractor involvement we aim to find the most efficient method for construction from design to completion of every project. We are always aware that it is our reputation that is our success.

Meet the Directors
Andy Pote, MD
​
Having had 30 years working within the construction industry, The first twenty years in infrastructure and the past ten years working in the water treatment sector.
The past 19 years Andy has been the Managing Director Of Hollywood Civil Engineering Ltd, Where the company has seen substantial growth to now constructing projects of over £2,000,000.
With this growth Hollywood are one of the fastest growing construction companies in the Midlands.

Phil Dunn, Operations Director
​
Phil started working within the construction industry in 1993 working his way up from ground level before moving to larger civil engineering companies in the road , rail and water sectors.
In 1999 Phil started within the water treatment sector in AMP3 and worked his up to senior manager running multiple sites across the severn trent region.
Then in 2018 he joined Hollywood Civil Engineering Ltd as a director to help grow the company with the aim to be leaders within the water sector and beyond.

Simon Lewis : Mechanical installation manager
Simon has worked mainly within the water treatment sector for over 30 years. Trained as a mechanical fitter and welder before moving in to management for for large Tier 1 construction companies. In this time Simon also worked within challenging and critical nuclear power projects.
Simon has now taken this extensive industry knowledge to head the mechanical installation team and give technical support at Hollywood Civil Engineering Ltd.

Rachel Cooper
​
Rachel started in the construction industry in 1994 in an administrative role where she stayed with one Company until leaving to come to Hollywood Civil Engineering Ltd in 2012, and now holds the position as office manager.
